Renting In Seattle

Renting In Seattle

Moving to the state of Washington was not an easy task. With the high rental rates and shortage of inventory it is nothing short of a nightmare. But according to a local rental market surveyor, the market has changed and is starting to see the rental rates plateau or even start to drop. The peak of the market was the summer and fall of 2016 and now the market has seen the biggest decrease in the past quarter since 2008. There are signs in the market that one could look for to see if there has been a change, for example. when a landlord offers an incentives like "free first months rent" or "no deposit needed."
